This is an open entry programme designed for those working or those intending to work in the Hospitality industry. Unit 4646

Demonstrate the Sale of Liquor Act 1989 and implications on licensed premises operations.

Unit 16705

Demonstrate knowledge of Host Responsibility requirements as a liquor controller. Length Programmes can be run at times to suit the industry and participants.
