Work Based Training

This programme is in place to provide support to people who are work ready and keen to find employment but need some assistance with finding opportunities available to them.  The Coordinator will help find the right work placements to help build confidence and employability skills if required.

There is extensive support provided for people re-entering the workforce and assistance with making a plan for the future.  The main goal when enrolling on this programme is to find employment opportunities, provide the skills needed to fill the roles and secure the job!
