Retail and Customer Service
The objective of this programme is to provide participants with a variety of skills needed to be successful in providing customer service in a front line role in the retail industry or other related businesses. This will provide learners with an insight into opportunities available in this area and assist them with their career pathway.
We will help work out a plan for the future, increase confidence, learn a variety of practical skills and work towards National Certificate in Educational Achievement.
This National Certificate provides participants with a foundation knowledge in a variety of roles in retail and customer service. This will open up different pathways for learners to progress into higher level qualifications and career opportunities.
