First Line Management
This programme is designed for people with leadership skills to effectively manage a team when employed in management roles. We will help you further your confidence and teach you skills and knowledge to manage teams to achieve organisational goals in a bi- and multi- cultural environment.

New Zealand Certificate in Business (First Line Management) Level 4
Length and hours:
Flexible
- 24 weeks
- Includes 20 x 6-hour workshops, 8 x 1-hour learning sessions, 4 x 12 hours self-directed learning, 60 workplace hours
- Workshops scheduled to meet the timetable for each intake
ENTRY CRITERIA:
All students who wish to enrol must go through a selection interview process. Participants who meet this eligibility are
able to take part in these programmes:
- Aged 16 years and above and left school
- Must be eligible to study in New Zealand
- Commitment to completing the qualifications
- Have an appropriate level of literacy & numeracy skill to study at Level 4
- Students are required to have a placement in industry to complete the practical elements of the programme
