First Line Management

This programme is designed for people with leadership skills to effectively manage team when employed in first line management roles.  We will help you further your confidence and teach you skills and knowledge to manage teams to achieve organisational goals in a bi- and multi- cultural environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AVAILABLE:

New Zealand Certificate in Business (First Line Management) Level 4

ENTRY CRITERIA:

Selection Interview
Part time need to have a placement in industry to complete practicals

Plus:

Driver Licence

LENGTH

Part time - 27 weeks with teaching delivered over a series of workshops, self directed learning will be required between workshops
