PROGRAMME CONTENT INCLUDES:

Theory Component
To meet the requirements of the Theory Test including:

  • Verbal analogies
  • Numerical reasoning
  • Abstract reasoning

Physical Fitness Component
To meet the requirements of the Physical Appraisal and Competence Tests including:

  • 4km Run assessments
  • Press-ups
  • Sit-ups

These programmes are arranged so that participants in full time work can attend in the evening - preferably 6 weeks, 5pm to 8pm. 18 hours in class tuition. Students are encouraged to commit as many hours outside of this programme to own training in the theory and fitness components.
